Trip Itinerary

Meet your local guide
We will meet in the town of Vipava in front of Tourist Info Center at your preferred time. The address is Glavni trg 8, 5271 Vipava. There is a free parking area nearby where you can leave your car throughout the day.
Cycling tour
This cycle route is approximately 30 km long. It is a relatively easy route with some minor undemanding climbs. We will stay away from main roads and cycle through the vineyards, orchards, and Vipava Valley’s villages. We will make some stops along the way at the most interesting sights to learn about interesting local stories.
Meet the winemaker
Our last stop will be at the local winery. You will meet a winemaker who will be more to present his wines and the way he is producing them. You will be able to taste local wine varieties that you can not find anywhere else in the world. Of course, in Vipava Valley we do not offer wines without tasty homemade local tapas.
